About the role:
As a Solution Developer with Test Automation, you will develop and maintain high quality IT solutions (includes e.g., requirements, analysis & design, coding and testing). This role also focusses on implementing and improving our test automations as well as performing manual tests where automation is not possible. You will be part of T-shaped agile team of developers and testers where everyone is contributing to achieving our team goals.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Proven hands-on experience in C# and T‑SQL with Stored Procedures, with the ability to contribute to both development, test automation and test activities

Strong understanding of coding standards and software development best practices.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of test automation, engineering processes, and quality standards

Curiosity and interest in AI, combined with some experience or a strong motivation to explore and learn.
- Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects.

Ability to debug and analyze issues using logs, configuration files, and code, and to document and track defects in collaboration with other developers and testers

Experience working in Agile environments (preferably SAFe), actively participating in refinement, estimation, and delivery of features

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

A coaching mindset and are ready to share knowledge with the rest of the team

Great communication skills and fluency in English

Experience in finance regulatory reporting is meritorious
