Job details

We're reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management from the ground up. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Shai Morag and Tal Marom and backed by a $60M seed round from Greylock, Accel, and CRV, we're building the next generation of identity security. Identity is the gateway to everything- who's let in, who's kept out, and it's now the number one attack vector in the enterprise. The tools built to govern it were designed for a slower world of human users and static environments. That world is gone. Identities are exploding across human, machine, and AI agents faster than legacy systems can track, and security teams are left patching together five disconnected tools that still can't answer "who has access to what, right now." We think the answer isn't another point solution- it's a new foundation. Oak is the AI-native Identity Operating System: an AI connector framework that reaches any application, a live identity graph built from raw evidence, and a team of AI agents that governs the full lifecycle of every identity in one platform. We're building Oak's AI-native core from day one-engineered for what enterprise identity is becoming, not patched onto what it used to be. And we're just getting started.

What will you do:
This is a rare opportunity to design an AI-native enterprise platform from the ground up. As a Senior Product

Designer at Oak, you will own the end-to-end design of our IVIP — from framing complex identity-security

problems through research to shipping polished, production-ready interfaces. You will work across the full

spectrum of product design, combining rigorous UX practice with strong UI craft to turn a dense, technical

domain into an experience that feels clear and intuitive. This is a fast-paced environment where designers ship

quickly, iterate often, and use AI throughout their own workflow. You'll partner closely with product and

engineering to shape how security teams see, understand, and act on their identity attack surface. If you want

to build a design foundation that scales rather than inherit one, this role is for you.

What you will Do

• Own the end-to-end design of the Oak platform, from early problem framing to shipped, production-

quality UI.

• Conduct user research — interviews, usability testing, and discovery — with security and IAM

practitioners to ground decisions in real user needs.

• Untangle complex, technical identity workflows and translate them into clear, usable interfaces.

• Design for an AI-native product, shaping how users interact with AI-driven intelligence and autonomous

workflows.

• Build and evolve Oak's design system as the foundation for a platform being created from scratch.

• Move fast and deliver — ship quickly, iterate often, and keep momentum in a high-velocity environment.

• Integrate AI into your own design process to work faster and explore more.

• Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

What you will bring

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio spanning both UX and UI work.

• Strong UX capabilities: user testing, interviews, and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

• Strong UI capabilities: high visual polish and hands-on experience building or maintaining a design

system.

• Experience designing complex, data-rich, or enterprise/B2B products.

• Comfortable delivering fast and iterating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, IAM/IGA, or another highly technical domain.

• Experience designing AI-native products or AI-driven interfaces.

• Familiarity with designing for technical personas such as engineers, auditors, or security teams.

• Experience establishing design foundations or design systems from scratch at an early-stage company.
